Already this Saturday - September 26, at our Sanctuary we will hold the #BEACTIVE DAY 2026 free group workout! 🎉

🥳This is an invitation to everyone who is interested! Anyone who has been thinking for a while about starting a more active daily routine, anyone for whom movement is close to the heart!

🎶There will be fantastic and energizing music with a DJ! There will be sporty treats from the TRU FIT team, there will be fantastic energy and a shared desire for everyone to become more active and healthier!

No special preparation or equipment is needed to attend the classes. You can come to the classes without prior registration. 🥳

• ✅At 10:00 we offer two different workouts:

❇️general physical fitness group class with kickboxing and boxing elements

❇️functional fitness group workout

💜Beactiveday is the day when it is exactly the right time to turn to an active daily routine, as well as continue the workouts you have already started.

This will be like a sports festival, where everyone from the age of 16 will be welcome! 🤩
