Health Run

This year it will take place in six stages, with an additional stage as part of the autumn cross-country run, covering a wider geographical area than in previous years.

This year, the Health Run will be held not only in the usual locations - Carnikava Stadium, the sports and active recreation park "Zibeņi", and Ādaži Stadium - but for the first time also in Kadaga, at "Ūdensrožu parks".
