Rollerblading Classes

The Department of Welfare of the Riga City Municipality, in cooperation with the association Mini-Pitch, invites children and young people to free rollerblading classes in Riga.

The aim of the classes is not only to promote physical activity, but also to educate the younger generation about safety on asphalt!

Rollerblading is one of children’s favorite leisure activities, but it requires specific skills.

Under the guidance of instructors, participants will learn:

• 📌basic skills - balance, proper push-off, and maneuvering;
• 📌safety - the correct braking technique and the ability to fall safely;
• 📌equipment use - an understanding of why a helmet and protective gear are an essential part of the ride.
