On November 20–22, the Paula Krūmiņš International Orchestra Festival will take place in Daugavpils for the second time.

The festival aims to preserve and develop the traditions of orchestral music-making in Daugavpils, promote international cooperation with orchestras abroad, and honor the name of the Latvian conductor and violinist, the founder and first leader of the first Latgale Symphony Orchestra, who worked in Daugavpils, Paula Krūmiņš.
