October 10 DĀMU Project - Inspiration Day for Ladies

There are days when you want to pause. Get inspired. Meet like-minded women. Ask experts questions. Allow yourself to think about yourself too.

That is exactly what the "Dāmu Projekts" Inspiration Day is.

For the fourth year already, "Māmiņu Klubs", STV Pirmā! channel, and Rīga Plaza invite you to one of the most anticipated autumn events for women. This will be a day where health, beauty, personal growth, relationships, fashion, well-being, and inspiring people come together in one place.

Event program:

• •lectures by doctors, psychologists, and other specialists;
• •pop-up masterclasses;
• •beauty and health consultations;
• •interest stations;
• •product demonstrations and tastings;
• •a feminine market;
• •contests, surprises, and gifts.

The event will be hosted by radio journalist and head of the "Dāmu Projekts" platform Rita Paula, and throughout the day we will meet outstanding Latvian women, leading doctors, therapists, coaches, and inspirers who will share their experience, knowledge, and practical advice.

"Dāmu Projekts" was created for women who want to grow, feel good in their bodies, strengthen their self-confidence, and find balance in everyday life. It is an opportunity to meet kindred spirits, discover the latest health and beauty trends, try something new, and spend a valuable autumn day for yourself.
