Open Training Session and Conversation Evening with Edijs Klaišis
On November 24 at 6: 30 PM, Rugby Club “Fēnikss” will hold an open general physical fitness training session for anyone interested at the “Kaimiņi” sports center in Brenguļi.
At 8: 00 PM, Edijs Klaišis will invite attendees to a conversation about the challenges faced by young people, addictions, and related mental health issues.
The event is taking place as part of the activities for Men’s Mental Health Month.
