Open Training Session and Talk Evening with Sports Doctor Toms Jānis Eglītis
On November 20 at 6: 30 PM, Rugby Club “Fēnikss” will hold an open general physical fitness training session for anyone interested at the Brenguļi sports center “Kaimiņi”.
At 8: 00 PM, sports doctor Toms Jānis Eglītis will lead a talk on physical exertion, injury prevention, concussions, nutrition, recovery, and other health and sports-related topics.
The event takes place as part of the activities for Men’s Mental Health Month.
