A weekly evening ritual starring fresh oysters, opened before your eyes, served on ice, and enjoyed exactly as they should be: unhurried, social, and with a refined drink in hand.
The ice display in the restaurant will set the mood, the DJ will keep the rhythm easy, and the bar will take care of the rest. If the evening calls for more, our kitchen will also offer other dishes from the main menu.

- •DJ in the restaurant bar for a relaxed evening vibe
- •Wines and champagne specially selected for the evening
