Beer Masterclass

At the VALMIERMUŽA BEER EMBASSY on Aristida Briāna Street, we invite you to the masterclass "Autumn Beer Flavors"

, where we will enjoy fascinating stories about different autumn beer flavors and taste full-bodied brews together with carefully selected snacks from the city restaurant "Lapsas māja".

Uldis Līcis, who calls himself a beer enthusiast but is listed on his diplomas as a beer sommelier and two-time winner of the Latvian Beer Sommelier Championship, will help reveal the especially refined nuances of beer enjoyment.

As the nights grow longer and cooler, the taste preferences of beer lovers change too. In this masterclass, we will discover five different beer flavors suited to celebrating autumn, each paired with a matching snack.

• 🔸Valmiermuiža smoked beer paired with a grilled chicken sandwich topped with cheese cream and herbs.
• 🔸Valmiermuiža winter beer paired with gorgonzola cheese toasts topped with pine nuts.
• 🔸Valmiermuiža monastery beer paired with a goat cheese sandwich topped with honey, pesto and fig.
• 🔸Nurme Baltic Porter "Nuts" paired with a chocolate cream eclair.
• 🔸Valmiermuiža imperial stout paired with seared brie cheese, apricot jam and a cracker.

We will also have a welcome drink and a surprise at the end.

This will also be a wonderful gift for a beer lover. When purchasing a ticket, a reservation invitation will be sent by email, which can be printed out and given as a gift.
