What are the skills of a happy, long-term relationship?

A long-lasting, harmonious relationship is not just luck. It is largely based on skills that can be learned.

PREP is a science-based relationship education program for couples that helps you learn how to talk so you can really hear each other, resolve conflict more constructively, rebuild closeness, and not lose the relationship in everyday routine.

Over five Saturday mornings, you will learn practical relationship skills and concrete methods that you can use in your daily life right after the sessions.

Who is the program for?

✔ couples who want to strengthen and deepen their relationship;

✔ those who feel stuck in routine and live more like good neighbors;

✔ couples who keep arguing about the same thing over and over;

✔ those who want to learn how to communicate better and resolve disagreements;

✔ couples who want to care for their relationship before a serious crisis comes.

This is not therapy. PREP is a structured, practical relationship skills training for couples.

The program is based on more than 40 years of relationship research and is used in many countries around the world. In Latvia, this will already be the 9th PREP training group.

Sessions are held in person only and are intended for couples. Attendance at all five sessions is required.

Included: PREP training materials, 10 structured modules, coffee breaks, and support from relationship coaches.

There will be 5-10 couples in the group, so we keep the format small and safe.
