BURTO JOGU Moving letter play for families with preschool children

What is the best way to get to know the alphabet? By playing, of course! We invite families to an exciting and active letter-play workshop, where we will explore the letters of the Latvian alphabet through yoga poses, stories, and fun activities. And we will do it together - big and small alike will be moving, meowing, roaring, and hissing!

The workshop will be led by yoga teacher Elīna Seņkova-Pirro, the author of the Latvian alphabet yoga game BURTO JOGU. She will inspire shared play that helps not only to learn the letters, but also to work with the breath and even release built-up emotions. Get ready - everyone will have to move!

Please bring: your own exercise mat (preferably one for each participant, or one larger shared mat for the family).

Clothing and footwear: comfortable clothes that do not restrict movement. We will work in socks (preferably with non-slip soles) or barefoot.
