In this lecture, expectant parents will find answers to questions such as:

• •What you need to know in the third trimester of pregnancy
• •Preparing for childbirth
• •Choosing a birth location
• •Whether it is necessary to sign a contract with a midwife
• •The course of childbirth step by step
• •Pain relief during childbirth
• •What the partner’s role is in childbirth

8 SEPTEMBER, 6:00 PM-8:00 PM BIRTH POSITIONS AND BREATHING EXERCISES. PRACTICAL CLASS:

15 SEPTEMBER, 6:00 PM-8:00 PM NEWBORN CARE IN THE BABY’S FIRST DAYS OF LIFE

You can also learn how to care for a baby how to bathe him, how often to bathe him, how to tell whether something is wrong, in the newborn care lecture.

During the lecture you will learn about:

• •the Apgar score
• •assessing the newborn using the Apgar score
• •visual assessment of the newborn

16 SEPTEMBER, 6:00 PM-8:00 PM BREASTFEEDING ABC

One of the most important events for new mothers is feeding the baby. To have complete clarity and the confidence that a mother will be able to breastfeed her baby, breastfeeding specialists can tell a lot about breastfeeding and can give many different examples.

In the 2-hour lecture, the specialist will also talk about:

• •breastfeeding techniques,
• •breast milk production,
• •the psychological basis for successful breastfeeding.

Handling is the skilled work of our own hands. It includes body care, dressing, diaper changing, massage, and play. Every child has a certain program put in place by nature that guides how an infant should develop. Our hands should be very skillful so that we do not harm the child in everyday life, which is why it is important to learn the basics of handling already during pregnancy!
