Almost Friends +1 - Improv Theatre Evening

“Almost Friends + 1” - an improv evening

We have been friends with each other and with our audience for several seasons now. Now we want one more friend! So this season, one more improviser will join us in each performance, a well-known or lesser-known friend of the stage. To make it even more fun and varied together.

There are many great improvisers in Latvia, and it would be hard to choose just one. That is why each time we will invite a different guest.

During the evening we will play many short improv sketches, with ideas coming from the audience. Characters, places, and situations will change, but on stage we will challenge each other and weave in unexpected twists. After all, almost friends know how to surprise one another.

The core cast is Marģers Jānis Majors, Dita Nitiša, Dzintars Rožkalns, and Valdis Sils.

On November 8, Rihards Sniegs will join us.

The performance will take place in two parts with an intermission. There will also be a bar on site. Arrive early to get the best seats and your first drink without waiting in line.

A few more practical notes before you come:

“Pauze” is on the 2nd floor. The venue is accessible by stairs, and there is no elevator.

During the event, you may be photographed and filmed. Photo and video materials may be published on our Facebook and Instagram accounts, as well as used in other marketing and communication materials.
