GONG & AMBIENT RIGA | Alīcija, Ričards and Bartošs Eiliaks

We invite you to GONG & AMBIENT – a special live sound journey where the primal power of gongs meets contemporary ambient music.

This is more than a concert. And more than an ordinary gong session.

It is a deep, multilayered experience in which sound is not only heard, but felt with the whole body.

The powerful vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls, harp, flutes, shamanic drums, flat bells and other unusual instruments will blend with Bartoš's live-created piano and synthesizer music.

The archaic sound will meet the modern.

The acoustic will meet the electronic.

The powerful waves of the gongs will meet the delicate, spacious layers of ambient music.

At times the music will be barely perceptible, almost transparent. At times the sound will fill the entire space and body. And sometimes the boundary between music, silence and yourself will seemingly disappear.
