Market on Rīgas Street

On Saturday, November 21, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., the traditional Rīgas Street market will take place in Daugavpils. Traders from Latvia, Lithuania, and other countries will take part, offering a wide range of food products, including homemade bread and pastries, honey and beekeeping products, herbal teas, spices, cheeses, sweets, and seabuckthorn, hemp, and lavender products.

Visitors will also be able to find handicrafts and applied art items, including woven baskets, wooden accessories, beeswax candles, natural cosmetics, wool and leather goods, jewelry and souvenirs, as well as paintings by artists and interior items.

The Rīgas Street market will take place on Rīgas Street between Cietokšņa Street and Stacijas Street, and it is organized by the municipal institution of the Daugavpils city municipality, "Utilities Department."
