Informational seminar for residents “Riga co-financing for house renovation”

In late October, on 22 and 29 October at 6:00 p.m., informational seminars for residents will take place on “Riga co-financing for house renovation”. The seminars will be held at “Koka Rīga”, Krāsotāju iela 12.

The seminar on 22 October will provide information about co-financing programs where the project implementation period is one year. Within one year, those residential building projects submitted to the competitions must be completed: Riga co-financing for the restoration of residential building facades (roof coverings), Riga co-financing for the implementation of small improvement projects, and Riga co-financing for adapting residential buildings for the creation of shelters, as well as the competition Riga co-financing for the preservation of individual historic buildings.

Meanwhile, at the seminar on 29 October, residents will be introduced to the terms of the program “Riga co-financing for the maintenance and modernization of residential buildings”. Under this program, residential building safety mitigation projects, residential building insulation projects, and major improvement projects for the land plot associated with a dwelling are implemented.
