Intellectual Work, the Role of Management, and Artificial Intelligence. In-Person Seminar

The Latvian Association of Work and Organizational Psychologists (LDOPB) invites you to an in-person seminar focused on current changes in the work environment and issues increasingly encountered by work and organizational psychologists and other professionals.

The event program combines three professional presentations, discussions, and insights into the latest research and practice. Participants will have the opportunity to:

gain current insights into the efficiency and long-term capacity of intellectual work,

get acquainted with the latest findings on artificial intelligence in work and organizational psychology,

discuss the role of middle managers in modern organizations,

reflect on the role of the work and organizational psychologist in a changing work environment,

meet colleagues and take part in building the LDOPB professional community.
