Who is Miss Boka?

Everyone remembers the eccentric Miss Boka, the famous "housekeeper" from the story of Karlsson-on-the-Roof, who, as she used to say, "madly loves children." But how much do we really know about this woman?

In this performance, Miss Boka steps out of the shadow of the familiar story for the first time and becomes the main character of her own life. In an interview, she looks back on her century-long life. Behind the comic features and the well-known image, a person with a complicated fate gradually emerges - a person who has lived through an entire era with its losses, hopes, disappointments, and unshakable faith in life.

Who today is still ready to listen to the stories of elderly people? It seems there are fewer and fewer such people. Yet hearing just one true life story is enough to understand that it is impossible to tear yourself away from it. One hundred years of a human life are not just a biography, but an entire era in which history, human strength, and the passage of time are reflected.

This performance is about memory and respect, about inner strength and the ability to keep living despite all trials. It reminds us that behind every person there is a story that deserves to be heard. And no matter how difficult our path may be, it is hope that helps us move forward.
