The Latvian national team faces an important battle for the chance to take part in the World Cup final tournament for the second time in a row.

In the qualification tournament, after 8 rounds of games, the Latvian national team has 4 wins and is in 4th place, still keeping a chance to catch the rivals. To make those hopes come true, wins are needed in all remaining games, including against Israel.

The Israeli national team has earned 2 wins in 8 games and has already lost its chance to play in the final tournament.

In the first-round game on August 30 in Riga, the Israeli team was mostly in the lead in the first half, but after halftime the Latvian national team, inspired by the 6th man, took control and won 85:70

Let's support the Latvian national team on the road to the World Cup final tournament!
