Exhibition “Moments of the Seasons”

In September and October, the Barkava Library is hosting a painting exhibition by Aija Gailuma, a participant in the Madona Fine Arts Studio, titled “Moments of the Seasons.”

This exhibition invites visitors to pause in the rush of everyday life and immerse themselves in the beauty of Latvia’s nature, which reveals itself in different colors, moods, and light in each season. The paintings capture moments of nature in which the fragility and awakening of spring, the splendor and warmth of summer, the golden colors of autumn, and the quiet peace of winter can be felt.

The exhibition “Moments of the Seasons” is an opportunity to glimpse the diversity of Latvia’s nature through the artist’s perspective and discover how much beauty is right beside us in the changing landscape, in the light, in the colors, and in the small moments of nature that sometimes pass by unnoticed.
