The Alphabet for Fun
Could learning the alphabet be interesting and exciting? Indra Sproģe's little book "The Alphabet for Fun" proved that it can - it turns out that letters are great fun to play with. In the production, the book's witty characters come to life - the round apple who knits slippers for a pear, the eagle who photographs a family of snails in a spruce tree, and many others who help children quickly learn and remember the difficult alphabet in a visual, associative, and playful way.
The title song for "The Alphabet for Fun" was written by Renārs Kaupers, and he entrusted the expansion of the production's musical material to composer Valts Pūce - a longtime friend of the Puppet Theatre.
The creative team invites children from age 3 to join the game of learning the alphabet and see for themselves that learning can be fun and creative.
