Piano and Voice. Christmas Jazz Classics with Elza Rozentāle and Gints Žilinskis | Branku Brančotava

During the Christmas season, we invite you to a special concert evening at Branku Brančotava, where the elegance of jazz’s golden age, cabaret moods, and festive melodies will come together.

Singer Elza Rozentāle, together with jazz pianist Gints Žilinskis, will take you on a musical journey back to the 1920s and 1930s, a time when foxtrot, tango, and swing ruled the world’s dance halls.

The concert will feature well-known and unforgettable jazz melodies that have lost none of their charm even after nearly a hundred years. The program will weave together jazz classics, cabaret moods, and Christmas music, while also including beloved melodies by Latvian composers, especially Raimonds Pauls.

This will be an evening to let yourself be carried by music, travel back in time a little, and enjoy the joy of the Christmas season in jazz rhythms.
