Synopsis

Doing what he does best, the Cat brings joy to children in his signature witty and unmistakably carefree style, taking them and the audience on a fantastic journey through an unseen world. In this film, our hero takes on his most difficult I.I.I.I. (Institute of Imagination and Inspiration) assignment yet: cheering up Gabby and Sebastian, a sister and brother who are struggling to adjust to moving to a new city. Since he has a tendency to go too far, this may be the chaos-maker's last chance to prove himself... or lose his magical hat!

The film is dubbed in Latvian without subtitles.
