LABUMS at the song and conversation evening in “Austras istaba”

On Thursday, October 22, at 6:00 p.m., we invite everyone interested to a song and conversation evening in the creative space “Austras istaba,” where this time Austra’s children Simona Rača-Rūce, Jānis Rūcis, and Roberts Dinters, also known as the musicians’ group “LABUMS,” will be guests.

This year, acoustic concerts are being held in “Austras istaba” at the art gallery “Romas dārzs” (3 Zivju Street, Liepāja), accompanied by stories and conversations. It is a lovely time together with the personalities of Austra’s children, with songs and warm talks about the legendary singer-songwriter Austra Pumpure, her personality, and the impressions she has left on those around her. This time we will explore the exhibition dedicated to Austra Pumpure, “I Don’t Care Anyway, I Won’t Be Left in Peace...,” together with Simona, Jānis, and Roberts.

The song and conversation evening series in “Austras istaba” is organized by “Austras biedrība” and supported by the Liepāja Department of Culture.

Admission by donation.
