LAUKU MUZIKANTI in the concert program “WHAT IS THIS STORY ABOUT”

After the great audience response, the group “Lauku Muzikanti” continues its all-Latvia concert tour “What Is This Story About”!

In the first stage of the concert tour, 22 concerts were successfully held across Latvia. By audience request, the tour will continue with 17 more concerts. The next part of the tour will begin on 22 October 2026 in Aizkraukle, and the grand finale of the tour will take place in Limbaži on 27 March 2027.

A special program unique to this tour has been prepared, one that listeners will not hear at other concerts. Each concert will be like a celebration and a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The program will include both new songs, including the brand-new “What Is This Story About”, as well as “A Little Windy Life”, written by Normunds a year ago, which has received great audience response and high praise. Of course, the concert will also feature the band’s greatest hits, such as “I Found You in the Snow”, “Sparkling Wine”, “A Thousand (1000)”, “The Girl from Riga”, “One More Dollar”, “Don’t Wake Me Up”, “Silence”, as well as the songs “Across the Ocean”, “For the First Time”, “My Life”, “The Enchanting Girl”, “Seeker of Happiness”, “Home Alone”, “For the umpteenth Time”.

After the concert, listeners will be able to buy the band’s new album, meet the musicians in person, take a photo together, and receive a special keepsake - an album signed by “Lauku Muzikanti”.

The band’s lead singer and frontman Normunds Ķietis says: “This time on tour we will meet from the heart. Each concert will be like a celebration that you simply cannot miss - it is an occasion to live through together! I believe this will be an event you will remember for a long time.”

On stage together with Normunds Ķietis (vocals, acoustic guitar) will also be Artis Dauksts (bass guitar), Valters Līcis (drums), Gints Hartmanis (keyboards), and Andris Barons (electric guitar). Together they create the sound that has been delighting listeners across Latvia for years.

We encourage you to buy tickets early, as prices will increase closer to the concert date.
