Marija Naumova Christmas Concert 2026

Marija Naumova Christmas Concert

“In the Silence of Light” 2026.

“Only in the silence of light can we hear ourselves.

Only in the silence of light can we long for the Sun.

Without the silence of light, the winds of the Northern lands

Would not be able to blow away the darkness so swiftly.”

Winter is the darkest time of the year, when we feel a longing for light, become aware of silence within noise, togetherness in solitude, and appreciate the peace that surrounds us. With autumn, the light grows quiet, nature falls into stillness, and people turn inward.

The concert “In the Silence of Light” will be our meeting, a chance to be together in music that will illuminate the hushed space of light, kindling peace and joy in the heart. We will be happy to see you at our concerts!

The concert will feature beloved songs by Raimonds Pauls, as well as well-known and completely unheard compositions by Niks Matvejevs, Imants Kalniņš, Jānis Lūsēns, Arvīds Žilinskis, and Ingus Feldmanis, along with pieces from Marija’s album “On the Bridge of Illusion” with lyrics by Jānis Peters. The concert will also include classic Christmas songs and new original compositions.

On stage with Marija will be her friends, outstanding musicians:

Rolands Beļēvičs (keyboards), Norberts Skraucis (bass), Ingus Feldmanis (guitar), Andris Buiķis (drums), and Jegors Kovaikovs (guitar), Zane Biķe (vocals).
