Martinmas at Labietis

It is time to establish a new tradition, Martinmas at Labietis, so that together, traditionally and in a contemporary way, we can bid farewell to the light and, as the mist drifts by, sink into darkness.

On November 14, the pub and its courtyard will be wrapped in smoke and tinted blood red. Eerie, grotesque figures will wander all around. From dark, soulful moods, the soundtrack will grow increasingly ritualistically stirring as the evening goes on, and in the end we will surrender to a full-on noise apocalypse.

We will greet the sunset with a ritual led by Kristians Brekte, so that, as we sink into darkness, we can gain protection together.

In the courtyard, rooster broth will be prepared to strengthen us throughout the evening.

Together we will light the light, the new courtyard puzurs.

There will be a mask workshop by Kapusta & Skābenes and a wild corpse paint salon.
