What is a Mandala?

A mandala is not just a beautiful pattern - it is a reflection of energy, consciousness, and inner state.

The famous C.G. Jung believed that a mandala is a mirror of the human subconscious. He observed that people intuitively create circular forms at times when they are seeking balance, peace, or healing. That is why mandala creation has a therapeutic effect - the repetitive rhythm calms the mind, helps focus, and organizes emotions.

A mandala is:

• •a map of the inner world;
• •a reflection of energy and emotions;
• •a symbol of harmony and balance;
