Masterclass “Healthy Eating - Vegetable Fermentation” in Ogre

On October 29 at 12: 00, at 16 Upes Avenue, in Ogre, in the large hall of the Social Service building of Ogre Municipality, the association “Latvian Red Cross” invites you to a masterclass “Healthy Eating - Vegetable Fermentation”.

The vegetable fermentation masterclass is a practical and informative masterclass about vegetable fermentation and the importance of probiotic foods in the daily diet. Participants will learn the basic principles of fermentation, taste various ready-made fermented products, and practically prepare their own portion of fermented vegetables.

The aim of the masterclass is to promote healthy lifestyle habits by showing simple and tasty ways to include probiotic and fermented products in the daily menu.
