December 5 at 8: 30 PM

at the “Garden of Light” of Ropaži Church

Christmas is a time of joy, gratitude, and togetherness. This spirit will be brought to the “Garden of Light” of Ropaži Church by the band “My Radiant You” with their concert program “The Great Celebration”, inviting you to a warm evening of anticipation for the holidays with a contemporary sound and songs about life, relationships, faith, and hope.

The band’s musical journey began in 2011 in Amsterdam. Today, its core is made up of spouses Jānis and Ilze Driksni, who make music together with friends and kindred spirits. Their music weaves personal stories with feelings and values in which everyone can recognize themselves.

Listeners know the band for songs such as “All I Know”, “Ar kuģiem un lidmašīnām” and “Atnāc, pat ja līst”. The band’s album “The City of Love” was nominated for the Latvian Music Recording of the Year award “Golden Microphone”.

The concert program “The Great Celebration” will invite you to experience the joy of waiting for Christmas and to remember how much we already have to be grateful for. For encounters, love, and the people beside us with whom to celebrate both the holidays and life.
