PATAKOLAKO AND THE THEATER UNIVERSE

Rasa Bugavičute-Pēce • Director – Mārtiņš Kalita

A musical adventure for the whole family

Patakoļako is a little dust speck from the Liepāja Theatre who sets off on an adventure full of unexpected twists and a slightly wild journey through the world of theatre dust in order to discover for herself and for others what her true calling and purpose is.

Her best friend, Skrūviņš, will accompany the little speck on this journey, the Black Picture will try to stop her from doing reckless things, and Dust Lump-Runkulis will do everything to suck little Patakoļako into his dust-lump nothingness and nowhere-ness. Luckily, the little speck does not give up so easily in the face of trouble and steadfastly holds on to the belief that she has a special reason to be here and swirl among us!

The performance has been nominated for 1 award in the 2023/2024 “Spēlmaņu nakts” season: “Costume Designer of the Year” (Agnese Kaupere)!
