Performance "Lady Macbeth"
“Lady Macbeth” explores the complex relationship between love and passion, where dreams and nightmares blend with reality. How do you tell true love apart from the passion we surrender to? Lady Macbeth is certain that she loves her husband and is ready to fight any obstacle. But can mad love be real? Does this struggle for love lead to destruction, shattering both her and those around her?
Performance in Russian with subtitles in Latvian and English.
Based on motifs from Shakespeare’s play.
Sonata of Dreams.
Director: Laura Groza.
