FIRST ADVENT CONCERT. Riga Orchestra, Katrīna Paula Felsberga

In the quiet of Advent, the concert invites the listener to surrender to a moment of inner peace - to pause, listen, and draw closer to the essence of the Christmas season. Alongside masterpieces by Bach, Vivaldi, Schubert, and Ravel, in which the nobility of sacred music, the lyricism of Romanticism, and the subtle sound world of Impressionism can be heard, a new work by Jēkabs Jančevskis for soprano and wind orchestra will receive its premiere.
