Write a poem about Baloži!

In celebration of the 35th anniversary of Baloži, we invite everyone who feels close to our town to let their imagination and creativity run free!

Write a poem or a prose piece about Baloži - about the town, its people, special places, memories, events, and feelings that make Baloži our town.

Submit it by November 1 at the Baloži Library - by bringing it in or sending it by email: balozu-bibl@kekava.lv

We would be delighted if you would like to recite your poem at the traditional torchlight procession on November 14 in honor of the town of Baloži!

May your words become a beautiful greeting to Baloži on its anniversary!
