Terrifyingly Interesting Science at the Nature House
The Science and Education Innovation Center of the Liepāja Education Department invites everyone on Saturday, October 31, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to a daring explorer adventure, where science will take on a mysterious and slightly spooky atmosphere!
Are you ready for experiments that will make your eyes widen in amazement and your skin prickle a little with fear?
You will learn how a liquid can become solid, how mysterious red balls are formed, and why a pencil looks broken in water.
You will make your own unusual liquid, study optical illusions, and discover surprising secrets of chemistry and physics.
The bravest will be able to explore the structure of a cow's eye, while the most curious can examine spiders up close and under a microscope.
There will also be science experiments that resemble a spooky swamp, lots of bats, and creative workshops where art meets science!
Come with your family and see for yourself - science can be surprising, exciting, and yes, a little terrifying!
Participation fee: 5 EUR/person. *Applies to participants from 5 years of age.
