Ropaži Church's Garden of Light

Together with accompanist Ieva Šmite, with whom he shares more than 20 years of musical collaboration, Sergejs Jēgers will perform music by Latvian and international composers, creating a peaceful and heartfelt concert program suitable for the Advent season.

Sergejs Jēgers is one of Latvia's most notable singers, whose singing and unusual countertenor voice, as well as his expressive performance, have also been highly praised outside Latvia. His singing is characterized by delicacy, lightness, and the ability to give each song its own story.

First Advent is a time when we light the first candle and our thoughts increasingly turn to what is truly important. May this concert be a beautiful start to the Christmas season, with music that speaks to the heart and the joy of being together!

Come and let yourself be carried away by the magic of feelings in the special atmosphere of Ropaži Church!

Proceeds from ticket sales will be directed toward the restoration of Ropaži Church!
