Feminine and Masculine

These are workshops for women about themselves, relationships, and understanding the differences between feminine and masculine ways of feeling, thinking, responding, and building connection.

Each meeting is dedicated to a separate topic - feminine self-worth in relationships, expectations of a man, boundaries, intimacy, trust, vulnerability, conflict, partner choice, the masculine logic of action, the feminine need to be seen.

This is not about “what a woman should be” and “what a man must be.”

This is a space for exploration - how I show up in relationships, where I lose myself, what expectations I carry, how I perceive the masculine, how I want to be seen, heard, and chosen, what it is important for me to understand about myself and the other person.
