District Heating 2026

On October 7, 2026, ATTA CENTRE will host the conference “District Heating 2026,” organized by Dienas Bizness Konferences, bringing together district heating company executives, policymakers, regulator representatives, investors, and technology experts.

The Latvian district heating sector is in a period of significant change. The conference will address infrastructure modernization, attracting investment, the new district heating tariff methodology, energy security, and the integration of district heating into the overall energy system. Attention will also be given to the use of surplus heat, heat storage, district cooling, digital energy management, and new cooperation models.

Expert presentations and panel discussions will seek practical solutions to strengthen the competitiveness of district heating companies and support the sector’s further development. The conference is intended for company executives and board members, development and technical managers, representatives of the state and municipalities, policymakers, the regulator, investors, real estate developers, as well as technology and energy service companies.
