Sunāns!

Sunāns! - a city dog. He is used to walking his familiar routes several times a day and reading letters left by other city dogs, greeting his neighbors, chasing pigeons, and sniffing familiar smells. But one day his life is turned upside down, because his owners decide to take Sunāns to the countryside - there, they say, there will be freedom, new friends, and tasty bones. However, once he finds himself in the promised paradise, he discovers that everything there tastes and smells different, everyone speaks differently, and friendship works differently too.

A play for children from the age of four in Latvian and Latgalian, created based on the comic book Sunāns brēivēbā by Laura Melne and Viviana Maria Stanislavski, will let you find out how Riga's Sunāns lived in a Latgalian village.
