Supervision Conference 2026 "The Path from Ignorance to Courage"

For the eleventh year, the RISEBA School of Business, Arts and Technology has been organizing the Supervision Conference - a platform for meeting, professional development and gaining new knowledge.

The conference gathers professionals who work with people, changes, complex decisions and professional challenges on a daily basis - from the fields of entrepreneurship, personnel management, public administration, education, psychology, medicine, culture, social and social charity work, as well as supervision.

This year's conference focuses on the human ability to be and act professionally in situations where the answers are not obvious. In the course of the day, we will look at ignorance from different perspectives - knowledge and thinking, organization and personal experience, professional responsibility, change, creation and supervision.

Speakers of the conference: Mārcis Auziņš (Professor of the University of Latvia), Ivars Austers (Professor of the University of Latvia, host of radio NABA programs), Iveta Apine (Organizational consultant, lecturer of systemic approach, head of Systemic Constellations Center Riga), Inna Miglāne (Business mentor, gestalt psychotherapist, "Gestalt in Organizations" - GPO program manager), Ance Saulīte (Supervisor, emotional intelligence and well-being practitioner), Raivis Dzintars (Former politician, gestalt therapist, future supervisor), Iveta Bikse (Organizational psychologist, co-founder of Talent+be), Zuarguss (Creator and methodologist of "Learning ability"), Dzintars Dreibergs (Director, author of the feature films "Soulstorm" and "Tīklā.
