WHAT SHINES IN THE DARK

• •Director - Paula Pļavniece

Liepāja Theatre holiday concert

In the darkness of winter, many things shine. Hopes, sparklers, dreams, snow, candle flames, frost flowers, a ring fallen to the ground, strings of lights, Christmas tree ornaments, stars, a festive tram, angel hair, and someone else's eyes. In the darkness of winter, what shines is easier to notice, and easier to believe in! It is easier to hear in songs, to keep in your heart, and to take with you as a warm memory, like a talisman for the new year.

"What Shines in the Dark" will be a musical tram ride on a snowy winter evening, a chance to be with yourself, to be alone with one another, to find what has been lost, what shines in the dark and is deeply connected to you," says Paula Pļavniece.
