Two friends - an unhappy housewife and an independent shopkeeper - decide to get away for a couple of days from dreary home life with their no less dreary and violent husband, boyfriend, and their predictable needs. On the journey, both, defending their freedom as women, commit a crime against their will, and a desperate escape begins. Those they meet along the way are a mirror of today’s society.

If there are two actresses in the theater like Elīna Vāne and Ieva Puķe, then this story simply has to be staged. “I like this piece incredibly much! As a situation in which a person begins to understand the word freedom,” says director Juris Rijnieks.

Director Ridley Scott’s film Thelma and Louise was released in 1991, making it the cliché of the perfect road movie.
