"Elephant" circus show of the circus association "Circus FahrAwaY" (Switzerland).

The elephant in the circus has passed its time. But this good-natured and absurdly large giant embodies the courageous spirit of the circus. The show "Elephant" is also big, unusual, raw, a bit risky, but at the same time delicate, gentle and graceful.

A few kilograms of metal, tools, wood and wool. "Elephant" is an unusual circus performance that balances thought-provoking moments with heartfelt humor.

Three artists ask themselves what traditions they are based on and what fascinates them. Typical circus items and disciplines such as trapeze and diabolo can be recognized in the circus arena. But there are also things that the circus does not normally own. The three protagonists create something distinctly their own and consistently use self-made objects. Without embellishment, here and now.

The circus association "Circus FahrAwaY" combines acrobatics and crafts: dreams dance on a rope, and stories tumble to the accompaniment of live music. They perform outdoors and in tents, in towns and villages, on farms and in new locations across Europe. The association offers professional-level circus performances with high artistic standards and a unique overall aesthetic that extends far beyond the edge of the stage. "Circus FahrAwaY" makes the circus an adventure for both young and old spectators.

Since 2010, "Circus FahrAwaY" has performed in 19 Swiss cantons, as well as in Italy, Germany, France, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Lithuania and Poland.

Seats in the arena and balcony of the Riga Circus are not numbered and tickets are not tied to a specific seat - upon arrival to the event, everyone takes the most comfortable seats in the corresponding ticket area.
