Existential Thriller "Flesh Brothers"

Varis Piņķis

Flesh Brothers

The performance is created using 3 different literary sources - Jack London’s story “Just Meat,” Rūdolfs Blaumanis’s novella “The Murderers,” and the Cain and Abel fragment from the Old Testament.

This will be a stylized thriller about the “hard men’s world,” where a primal struggle takes place for the biggest piece of meat.

Alternating between these three stories with humor and tension, the audience will be able to follow both committed and only imagined crimes against one’s fellow human being.

A one-act performance.
