Pink Noise Festival. Intars Busulis Lush Life Quintet Vol. 2

After a completely sold-out spring concert and standing ovations from the audience, the Pink Noise Riga music festival announces the return of Intars Busulis and the Lush Life quintet. The quintet's second premiere, or Vol. 2.

At the festival's spring session, the masterful interplay between Intars Busulis and saxophonist Gints Pabērzs became one of the festival's most emotional moments. The quintet, which also features pianist Matīss Žilinskis, double bassist Toms Poišs, and drummer Rūdolfs Dankfelds, will once again interpret and revive with aristocratic elegance the gems of jazz classics and not only jazz classics.

The quintet's performance will serve as an organic prelude to the autumn climax of Pink Noise Riga, where the next day, on the first Sunday of Advent, world jazz legend Wynton Marsalis will visit Riga for the first time together with the Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra and the popular Big Band Holidays program, with which the legendary orchestra will perform outside the US for the first time.
