MĀRCIS AUZIŅŠ | AKUSTIKA cultural space, Valmiera

On December 5 at 6: 00 PM, we invite you to a reunion with our friend from the very first day of AKUSTIKA - guitarist Mārcis Auziņš, or as we have once called him, a solo orchestra.

Mārcis and his guitars visit us every year, and this time too he will be SOLO on the AKUSTIKA stage. But only on stage. Because his playing style allows rhythm, melody, and harmony to be combined in one instrument, creating the feeling of an ensemble of several guitars.

Mārcis's musical direction remains unchanged - solo music-making, a huge love for the guitar, and an equally great love for his listeners. Without unnecessary extras, just a guitar, his hands, and that special sound that only he can bring out of a solo guitar.

And it will be the first Saturday of December - the time when Christmas is still only beginning to draw near. Maybe that is exactly why it is the right moment to stop for a while, listen, and let the holiday feeling arrive on its own.

Two hands, a couple of guitars, lots of strings, and astonishing talent.
