Marija Naumova Concert | Mine, so very... very...

“Mine, so very, very...”

This concert will be a tribute - my quiet gratitude to a person of the heart, a wise philosopher, an outstanding master of words, to my poet Jānis Peters.

To the poet whose words once found their way to my voice. Who was able to say the most important, the most hidden, and the most sacred things in the simplest words, so easily, so indescribably lovingly....

The concert will feature songs that Jānis Peters created together with his closest friend Raimonds Pauls and my French friend Sébastien Giniaux.

There will be well-known songs from theater productions and other musical stories, but especially special will be the songs dedicated to me by Jānis Peters, beloved and less often heard.

It will be my poet’s view of the world - in music, in poetry, in the silence between words and memories, in those beautiful moments of life when he entered as a poet and remained as a person - mine, so very, very... .
