Music Through Life's Twists and Turns

Kārlis Kazāks – guitar, vocals

Jānis Bukovskis – guitar, vocals

There are roads that lead through Latvia's meadows and forests, and there are roads that take you across the ocean to the cradle of American blues. In the concert "Music Through Life's Twists and Turns," these two roads meet in one evening, where the main language is music.

Singer-songwriter Kārlis Kazāks will share stories and songs born on journeys across Latvia's regions, meeting people, getting to know their lives, and discovering the diverse character of our land. His musical storytelling is sincere, subtle, and full of humanity.

Meanwhile, Latvian blues advocate Jānis Bukovskis will enrich the concert with improvisations, blues melodies, and exciting stories from his more than twenty years of experience on European and world stages. Listeners will hear about American blues legends, musical traditions, culture, and unforgettable adventures experienced together with outstanding artists.

This will not be just a concert - it will be a musical conversation in which songs, improvisation, humor, and true life stories will intertwine. Two musicians, two different musical worlds, affirming one simple truth - even though cultures, languages, and people are different, music is a language everyone understands.

Different cultures. Different people. One language - music.
