Musical Performance "Cipollino's New Year's Adventures"

"Cipollino's New Year's Adventures" is an exciting musical performance about the brave little onion Cipollino, who together with his friends restores justice in the fairy-tale land of fruits and vegetables.

The plot is based on Gianni Rodari's story "The Adventures of Cipollino," familiar since childhood, which comes to life on stage in a new version, in an incredible, colorful show for the whole family by the Latvian culture and entertainment association "Kolizejs."

Cipollino and his friends will have to face many trials and discover the amazing truth that neither power nor money can replace the richness of the soul, and happiness cannot be forbidden.

This warm and instructive story will delight both children and adults with original songs, colorful costumes, interactive games with the audience, and New Year's miracles. On New Year's Eve, there will also be no shortage of Santa Claus, who will rush to help the fairy-tale heroes, if they call him.

The musical accompaniment of the tale will be performed by the outstanding Latvian actor, songwriter, and musician Gidons Grinbergs, who will play Professor Bumbieris and, as a violinist, will demonstrate charming technique and a very emotional performance in the show. The performance will feature well-known actors who are familiar not only to children but also to adult audiences: Sergejs Dobrotvorskis, Antons Patlins, Andrejs Mošāns, Darja Kravcova, and others. The director of the performance is Andrejs Sediševs. Sound engineer - Dmitrijs Sediševs.

The performance teaches optimism, courage, cheerfulness, and helping one another, and proves that true friendship can do anything.
