Creative Yoga and Sound Alchemy.

We invite you to an unusual interactive practice dedicated to expressing your movement and sound potential!

#In the first part, "Creative Yoga," we will play with asanas, exercises, breathing, and mudras.

#In the second part, "Sound Alchemy," you will get to know the world of sound instruments, try yourself as a musician, and together with other participants create a unique live composition.

#And to finish, a sound meditation awaits you, during which you can simply lie down, close your eyes, and immerse yourself in relaxing sound.

"Creative Yoga."

Practicing yoga in a group, you may sometimes ask: "How do you do it correctly?" and wait for clear instructions from the teacher.

#At the event, we will experiment together with different actions in what seem like familiar poses.

#We will be mentors for each other, or rather helpers (working in pairs and threes) in building asanas.

#We will breathe as a group to the rhythm of one of you, which will allow you to immerse yourself a little in another person's world.

#We will gather mudras and gain experience of the body's energy flowing through different inner channels.

"Sound Alchemy."

Imagine a space where you do not need to know how to play musical instruments or read notes. Here, every sound becomes part of a shared musical journey.

We invite you to an unusual interactive practice where you can get to know the world of sound instruments, try yourself as a musician, and together with other participants create a unique live composition.

You will hear the sounds of Tibetan and crystal bowls, gong, handpan, drums, and other unusual instruments. You will learn how sound is born, how it changes, and how different instruments can complement one another.

Then we will create our own intuitive orchestra, where everyone can express themselves, feel the common rhythm, learn to listen to others, and discover new ways of creative self-expression.

And to finish, a sound meditation awaits you, during which you can simply lie down, close your eyes, and immerse yourself in relaxing sound.

You may bring your own musical instrument or any unusual object capable of making an interesting sound. Perhaps it will become a special part of our shared composition.

No musical experience is required. Only curiosity, openness to something new, and a desire to experiment.
